Tried out this sports clip today and I gotta say, it did not go well. I asked for a #2 on the side, blended in, and trim on the rear of the top side. This did not go as planned, the stylist bri (I think) apologized for the misunderstanding and I asked to just do a #3 on the top. I had to ask her to finish the top as there were still some long hairs that I could see from the chair. She had to go over i a few times. When I told her that I thought she cut a little too much behind and around the ears she responded with “would you like me to glue your hair back on?” With a smirk on her face. Very poor way to treat a customer, I was very dissatisfied and let her know that I was to which she responded with “write a review,” and proceeded to hand me a punch card. I will not be returning and would very much appreciate a full refund.
